Hand Gesture Recognition This project is my main project of my 3rd Bachelor year at the VUB. The goal is to write software that is able to track your hands and individual fingers, and detect certain gestures like a circle, rotation, ... The detection itself is done using visual capture devices (webcams). By the end of this academic year I intend to have a "Minority Report" - style user interface, involving a surface full of virtual pictures. The pictures can be moved, scaled, rotated by using just your hands. More information can be found on the project page.
